Our pricing is structured by service tier: Essential Leasing (tenant placement only) is 75–100% of one month's rent. Full-Service Management is 10–12% monthly plus a leasing fee. Executive/Midterm Management is 12–15% monthly. All pricing is clearly outlined before services begin — no hidden fees.
You can apply directly through our RentRedi application portal. Requirements include a minimum credit score of 550+, verifiable income of 2.5–3x the monthly rent, valid ID, and positive rental history. A $50 per-person application fee applies. Applications are processed on a first-complete, first-qualified basis.
Residents submit maintenance requests through their RentRedi account or mobile app. We coordinate all repairs through trusted vendors to ensure timely service, quality workmanship, and cost-effective solutions. Owners are kept informed throughout the process.
